I have had the opportunity to observe a class here at Aikido of Fresno and ask questions about the risks inherent in study here. I understand that class here will involve physical contact, including but not limited to: Falling, striking, stretching, tumbling, and strenuous physical movement.

I hereby personally assume all risk in connection to any practice that I may participate in here at Aikido of Fresno.
